View from the SIRAPC 500 yard firing line
This is the view that greets visitors and competitors to the Southern Indiana Rifle & Pistol Club's outdoor range near Borden, Indiana.
This photo was taken in early April from the 500 yard firing line near the railroad tracks.
The covered 25 point firing range is visible off to the right of center and the target shed is visible on the far right.
Our property continues up and over the hill that is directly to the rear of the target areas.
As you continue down the lane you will pass the 300 yard line berm on the right and then arrive at the chain gate at the entrance to the larger part of the range.
The photo below shows the 200 yard firing line berm and the original covered bench on the left, the new covered benches, and the covered firing line in front of the target shed.
Another view of the covered benches at the 200 yard line from down range.
The covered firing line where we hold the Bulls Eye Pistol Matches, the Small Bore Rifle Matches, and the Black Powder Rifle & Pistol Matches.

The number boards in front of the berm at the target butts. Our Moveable Target Carrier System is behind the berm behind a reinforced concrete wall. We have 6 Target Carriers available at this time. We can handle up to 30 shooters at our High Power Rifle Matches and Garand Matches.
